Powering a Special Economic Zone. Inaugurated on August 25, 2026, Davao Light’s 10 MVA 69/13.8 kV San Pedro Substation is designed to meet the power demands of the Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE), a Special Economic Zone, and increase capacity across Panabo and its surrounding areas.
