Switching power interruption on October 5 in Panabo City

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct a switching power interruption on Sunday, October 5, in Panabo City. This is necessary to facilitate the energization of a new line of Gredu Substation.
To ensure the safety of our personnel, the affected lines will be interrupted for 45 minutes anytime between 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.. Specifically affected are those along Maharlika Highway from the corner of Bangoy Street to the front of the National Irrigation Administration, including portions of Brgy. Gredu, Brgy. San Francisco (Poblacion) and nearby areas.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
Safety is paramount to the company, and Davao Light reminds the public to always take extra precautions when passing by activity areas where line repairs and maintenance are being done. Please heed and follow warning signs, especially in areas where personnel operate heavy equipment.
