8-hour emergency power interruption on June 27 in the northern part of Davao City

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct an 8-hour emergency power interruption from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, affecting customers in the northern part of Davao City. This is necessary to facilitate line upgrading works in the area.

Specifically affected are customers along Communal Road, Country Homes Road, Forrestal Road, Sta. Lucia, Camella, Diamond Heights, Country Homes, Ilumina Estates, Pag-ibig Homes, Remedios Heights, and other nearby subdivisions and areas.

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by this emergency power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
