6-hour power interruption on August 5 in Davao City

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct a six-hour power interruption from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, for pole replacement along Malagamot, Davao City.

Specifically affected are customers in Malagamot from Shell Gas Station to Cambridge Subdivision, including DCWD Panacan Water System and nearby areas.

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
