CANCELLED: Switching power interruptions on September 3 in Ecoland, Davao City

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct switching power interruptions on Thursday, September 3, 2026, affecting some parts of Ecoland, Davao City. These are necessary to facilitate line works in the area.
To avoid a longer power interruption, the loads from the affected lines will be transferred to a nearby substation for 30 minutes at any time between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Meanwhile, the normalization or return of loads to their normal setup will be conducted for 30 minutes at any time between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Specifically affected are customers from ET KTV up to LTO Boulevard Office, including portions of Eco West Drive and nearby areas.
To facilitate the necessary works, a 2-hour power interruption will be conducted from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. A 1-hour power outage will also be implemented from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Customers from Tulip Drive to Quimpo Boulevard (ET KTV), including portions of Eco West Drive and portions in Jaroda Road will be affected by these service interruptions.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience caused by these scheduled power interruptions. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
