45-minute power interruption on December 21 in Lanang, Davao City

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct a 45-minute power interruption on Sunday, December 21, 2025, anytime between 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., affecting customers in Lanang, Davao City. 

This is necessary to facilitate normalization or return of loads to their normal setup after the emergency works at the Pampanga Substation.

Specifically affected are those from portions of Lanang from the SIDC entrance to Puregold and nearby areas; along J. P. Laurel Avenue from Carmelite Monastery to the crossing of Arroyo Street in R. Castillo, and from Dacudao Loop to Mamay Road, Roseville Subdivision, including SM Lanang.

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
