ERC visits Davao Light Meter Shop. The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) headed by Chairperson Monalisa Dimalanta (eighth from left) visits Davao Light’s Meter Shop at their Bajada Office on May 25, 2023. Davao Light to strategically replace all meters to digital. Davao Light meters are more than 50% digital, according to President and COO Rodger Velasco during the Energy Regulatory Commission’s (ERC) visit to the power utility’s meter shop.
