Application Procedure for Residential and Small Commercial as easy as ABC:
Apply
1. Inquire about Davao Light's technical standards & requirements at our Service Centers in NCCC-VP in Bajada, NCCC Panacan, MS Land in Matina and Rivera Medical Center Inc. in Panabo City or hire an accredited electrician (optional). Below is the list of Association of Electricians and their respective contact numbers:

2. Withdraw Davao Light Meterbase by presenting the Approved Electrical Permit Application from OBO or applicable endorsement from authorized agency (SBMA, HLURB)
Build
3. Construct the SErvice Entrace (SE) and complete all wiring installation
4. Install the Davao Light Meterbase
5. Request for Davao Light inspection of compliance to standards
6. Secure Certificate of FInal Electrical Inspection/Completion from OBO
Connect
7. Submit the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion and other requirements with proof of identity at our Service Centers in SM City Ecoland and SM LAnang Premier
8. Pay the required bill deposit as reflected in the approved inspection sheet
9. Sign the Electric Service Agreement
Note: Service installation within 2 days.
