Davao Light and Power Company

Last June 15, Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. discoveredanother pawikan nest, which is the third for the year, at the Aboitiz Cleanergy Park in Sitio Punta Dumalag, Matina Aplaya, Davao City.

The eggs are expected to hatch on the last week of July or until middle of August. The same mother pawikan is also expected to come back and lay another batch of eggs in two weeks time.

As one way of helping save the pawikans, Davao Light supports the no to single-use plastic policy of Davao City.
