DAVAO LIGHT CUSTOMER AND PAYMENT SERVICES OPEN ON MARCH 16 AND 17
Davao Light and Power Co.'s frontline services will be available to serve the public on March 16 and 17, both declared as non-working holidays in Davao City in celebration of the 80th Araw ng Davao.
The electric utility's full service centers in SM Lanang Premiere and SM City Davao in Ecoland will be open to accept payment and customer services from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Meanwhile, Davao Light's Ponciano office will accept payments from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM for customer services.
Toril and Calinan payment offices will be open on the said dates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Meanwhile, the company’s Panabo branch and the accredited collection office in Sto. Tomas, both in Davao del Norte, will have their normal operations as these are not covered by the holiday proclamation.
Davao Light's call center service will remain available 24 hours through 229-DLPC (3572).
