CHRISTMAS TREE, BUT NOT REALLY.
The "ber month" is here but we're not seeing the kind of Christmas tree that has beautiful ornaments adorned to it. Coastal clean-up volunteers from Davao Light Systems Operations Department spent their weekday removing plastic garbage attached to mangroves in Punta Dumalag. This coming weekend, International Clean-up day will be celebrated on September 15, but clean-up initiatives such as these are certainly needed to keep our Davao coastal area beautiful.
