Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. together with Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. officially turned over last February 19, sacks of Pilmico flour to the members of the Samahan ng may iba't-ibang Kakayahan sa Dabaw (SAKADAB), a group of differently-abled persons working together to gain financial sustainability and be self-reliant in the Gawad Kalinga community in Los Amigos, Davao City.
The Davao City Police Office City Mobile Force Company (DCPO CMFC) awards Davao Light and Power Co., Inc., with a plaque of appreciation for its invaluable support to the police organization which greatly contributed to the administrative and operational success and achievement of the unit in 2020. Davao Light President and COO Rodger S. Velasco received the plaque from PMAJ Florante S. Retes last January 14, 2021 at the Davao Light Admin Office in C. Bangoy Sr. Street, Davao City. Davao Light has been a longtime agency partner and stakeholder of DCPO.
The employees of Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. share blessings through the Gift in a Bag Campaign to a total of 500 children. This campaign is an employee-initiated activity which was participated and supported by 100% of Davao Light employees.
Each bag contains loot bags, school supplies, hygiene kit, a box of face mask and a face shield for the children's protection against Covid-19.
