The Davao Light and Power Co. in partnership with the Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. donated a Water Rescue Manikin to the Philippine Red Cross Davao Chapter to support its emergency preparedness program.
This rescue manikin will be a vital tool in making water rescue simulation and training more effective in preparation for any related emergencies.
Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. and its social development arm, the Aboitiz Foundation, have turned over school supplies worth Php 45,000 to the National Commission of Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).
The donation is in support to NCIP’s "Tabang Pa-Eskwela" project, which Davao Light has been supporting since 2015.

Last June 15, Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. discoveredanother pawikan nest, which is the third for the year, at the Aboitiz Cleanergy Park in Sitio Punta Dumalag, Matina Aplaya, Davao City.
