Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. will conduct two 30-minute power interruptions on September 12, Sunday, affecting customers in Bajada and Lanang areas.

 

These service disruptions will be necessary to facilitate relocation of poles along J.P. Laurel Avenue, from MK Central to SM Lanang, to give way to DPWH road widening project.

 

To avoid longer duration of power interruptions, load from the affected lines will be transferred to nearby lines for 30 minutes anytime between

3:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.. Normalization or return of load back to its normal set-up will be also for 30 minutes anytime between 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m..

 

Specifically affected are customers from Robinsons Cybergate Delta in Bajada to N. Arroyo Street in Lanang, via J.P. Laurel Avenue, including Palm Drive, Rivera Village, Margarita Village Road, Rimas Street, Rambutan Street, Plainview Drive, Park Avenue, Carmelite Road and neighboring areas.

 

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by these scheduled power interruptions. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
