The Philippine Long Distance Company (PLDT), Davao Light and Power Co.'s telecommunication provider, will conduct a system upgrade on Saturday, November 1. This activity will cause the electric utility's trunkline number, 229-3572, to be temporarily out-of-service on the said day for six (6) hours, from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m..

Davao Light bares customer services schedule on Nov. 1 PDF Print E-mail

Davao Light and Power Company listed the schedule of its frontline customer services on November 1, Saturday, declared as a special non-working holiday.

 

Its full service centers in SM Lanang Premier and in SM City Davao in Ecoland will be available to accept payment and customer services from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

 

Meanwhile, Davao Light's Panabo branch and payment offices in Toril, Calinan and Sto. Tomas will not be available for customers on this day. Panabo Branch will resume its operations the next day, November 2, and Toril, Calinan and Sto. Tomas on Monday, November 3.

 

Emergency service will remain available 24 hours through 229-DLPC (3572).
